The hierarchy structure is as follows:
Project Services Head:
This person looks after the entire project services division by delivering the projects on time and meeting the requirements specified by the client.
Team Lead:
The Team Lead looks after the tasks, getting it done from the developers. He/she looks after the projects by providing the required technical help to the developers under him/her.
Developer:
The main part of the development i.e. programming is done by people in this hierarchy. They are the most important department in any software development services hierarchy.
Quality Assurance Lead:
A person in this hierarchy handles a group of testers and sees to it that the functionality is understood by the testers. After understanding the functionality of the project under development, the Quality Assurance Lead ensures rigorous testing of the application so that the application is bug-free.
